It is a great way to get reviews for your site/blog to help you improve it. Hit Safari Traffic Exchange. To be honest I've only just really joined Hit Safari myself and not had a chance to review it properly yet but from what I can see it looks quite good.

Works just like most traffic-exchange site. You add your sites link, surf so many sites and then your link becomes active and viewed by other people surfing to get their link activated. You have to surf 1000 sites as a free member to get your link activated. It took me about 3 days. Each site has a 10 second timer. You can upgrade and add more hits if you want buy you get 1 million views for your work so not really even necessary.
